A well-established and respected dental practice in the Cronulla area, is seeking a Lead Dentist to take on a key role within their team. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing a wide range of treatments including preventative care, restorative procedures, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, extractions, and cosmetic dentistry such as veneers and whitening. Leading by example with a patient-focused approach and high clinical standards. Supporting junior clinicians and contributing to ongoing improvements in patient experience and clinical workflow. Working autonomously while being part of a close-knit and cooperative team.
